Ms. Jacqueline Kowalski
Jacqueline is seasoned urban agriculture professional as well as an urban farmer. Her previous Extension programs supported diverse clientele needs in a mixed urban-suburban county: urban and small acreage specialty crop farms, consumer and commercial horticulture, and Master Gardener Volunteers.  Her career has focused on assisting new and beginning farmers from underserved populations and her goal is to bring resources to her community to support food systems of all sizes. Prior to her work with Extension, she served as the Director of Horticulture and Agronomy for the Government of the US Virgin Islands and a research analyst for the University of the Virgin Islands.  She believes in fresh, affordable, accessible, and culturally appropriate food for all.
